Perhaps you are like me and you are really engaged in a book, like If I were You by Lisa Rene Jones, and you are are at the part where Sara begins to think that foul play may be involved. Suddenly a particular event happens that triggers something in her memory and she heads to the storage locker late at night to retrieve the journals to follow up on the mysterious hunch, only she is not alone...
Yeah, the dot, dot, dot, is where I was left hanging!!! Wow, I was really engaged in the enigmatic characters, the clandestine plot & cryptic situation...Oh okay and slightly intrigued by the, ahem, steamy scenes. But then it abruptly just ended…leaving me hanging, like right in the middle of something major!
What??? The sequel is not even published yet. Really??? Are you kidding me??????
Well, maybe you are luckier than me and did not read that specific book until the sequel to the
cliffhanger was published! Or maybe you read book one & two, only to discover there is yet another BOOK!!!
Because I would have liked to know if a book had a cliffhanger BEFORE I started reading it, I have dedicated a page on this blog to advise readers of cliffhangers...this way you can check to see if the sequel is published or unpublished and decide whether you want to hold off reading it or not. So if you try to steer clear of cliffhangers, keep reading...

About a month ago there were a lot more to this list, but many have been published now...whew!
it was actually becoming pretty frustrating, but I smartened up and I began scouring reviews for any indication to whether a book had a cliffhanger without a published sequel prior to reading it. Thus, the reason I thought to add this page for my friends...hoping to save them the same frustrations!
